If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a book from Zealous & Energetic Scholarly Texts, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To return a book, please contact us at [email protected] to request a return authorization number (RAN). 

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Books that have been damaged or defaced
• Books that have been custom-made or personalized
• Books that are part of a set and cannot be returned individually
• Books that are purchased as part of a special promotion or sale

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning a book. We recommend that you ship the book using a trackable shipping method so that you can verify that it has been delivered to us.
