Refund Policy for Zealous & Energetic Scholarly Texts

We understand that scholarly texts can be expensive and that it is important to be able to return a text if it is not what you expected. For this reason, we offer a full refund on all zealous and energetic scholarly texts within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, the text must be in its original condition and must be returned in the original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

To initiate a refund and provide us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will then issue you a return shipping label.

Once we receive the returned text, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Exceptions

There are a few exceptions to our refund policy:

• We cannot offer refunds on custom-ordered texts.
• We cannot offer refunds on texts that have been damaged or defaced.
• We cannot offer refunds on texts that have been downloaded electronically.
